Training Certificate Required to Receive Support on Electric or Hybrid Vehicles
In our continued effort to provide customers with the best possible vehicle support, Opus IVS is requiring your repair facility to submit a Hybrid/Electric Vehicle Certification dated within the past 10 years in order for our team to assist with a hybrid or electric vehicle support request. The submitted certificate will be kept on file and referenced when a hybrid or electric vehicle support request is submitted.
We understand this new requirement may be inconvenient for some customers requesting support on hybrid/electric vehicles, but it is important to ensure the safety of all parties involved. We appreciate your cooperation in providing a certificate of completion in repairing hybrid/electric vehicles to include an element of safety.
How to Submit your Certificate
Please include the name of your repair shop and name of the employee certified with your certificate submission.
The employee requesting support for a hybrid/electric vehicle must match the name of the employee associated with the submitted certificate. If you wish to have multiple employees with the ability to gain access to hybrid/electric support, you must submit a certification for each individual employee.
