To our Valued Autologic customers
As you likely know, Autologic Diagnostics was acquired by the Opus Group (the leader in pass through technology) a little over a month ago. Since that time, we have been working to start the process of restoring Autologic to its proper position as the industry leader in European Diagnostics, Coding, Programming and Technical Support. We are excited to finally be able to detail these significant changes and enhancements that you, as Autologic customers, will enjoy from this change in ownership and the technological advancements that will come with it.
First and foremost, we will be focusing on the Autologic Blue Box, giving our customers greater functionality, including vast improvements in diagnostics, coding and programming. In conjunction, Technical Support will be restored to the level of competence and responsiveness that was the hallmark of Autologic since its inception. The AssistPlus, which many of our existing Blue Box customers invested in since its release in 2015 will be upgraded as well. The addition of Porsche software to the AssistPlus, at no additional cost, will be available early this fall. If you own both platforms, you will no longer be required to pay for technical support separately (your Blue Box maintenance will be for software updates and programming only, yielding significant savings). Blue Box owners who do not currently own all of our offered brands will once again be able to add fully functional software lines to their tools.
I, along with many individuals who previously managed Autologic, have once again taken control of the brand in North America. While product enhancements to both platforms are in process, we look forward to earning your confidence in our ability to deliver on our implicit promise to give you the highest level of diagnostic hardware, software and technical support.
The good news does not stop there. Farsight Diagnostics, a leader in technical support and remote programming, which includes Asian and Domestic lines, has merged with Autologic. Its coverage and technology will allow Autologic to now offer additional products and services to their customers. Several hundred Autologic customers are already utilizing the Farsight offerings with great success. We thank you for your loyalty in the past and look forward to exceeding your expectations in the future.
